John “Jack” Myers is the President and founder of LukeJackson Benefit Solutions. As a former Corporate Officer of BCBSMA, Jack has extensive industry and executive leadership experience in the design, delivery, administration and funding of health care programs.

LukeJackson Benefit Solutions was founded to offer employers leading insight into emerging post reform benefits strategies that result in more cost effective solutions and a competitive advantage in attracting and retaining the best employees. We offer the professional experience and consultative value of a national brokerage firm with the meaningful relationship of a local broker.

Jack is actively engaged in industry and community leadership as Treasurer of the Board of Directors, New England Employee Benefits Council, the region’s preeminent professional trade association for human resource executives; Chairperson, Board of Directors, Communities United, Inc. a Head Start and Early Head Start Agency serving hundreds of at risk children and families throughout greater Boston; Member of the Metro South Chamber of Commerce and graduate of the Boston Chamber of Commerce “Boston Future Leaders Program”. Jack graduated from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.

 

Stephanie M. Messina Sewade is the Executive Vice President of LukeJackson Benefit Solutions.
She has thirty years of human resources leadership experience gained in her former role as Human Resources Manager for Market Basket.  In this role she was responsible for compensation, benefits and payroll administration for the supermarket’s 25,000 employees. Stephanie is a hands on human resources executive, expert in total rewards design and compliance, payroll administration, employee education and multicultural communications, root cause analysis and issue resolution.

Stephanie is an active member of the Merrimack Valley Human Resources Organization, the Associated Industries of Massachusetts Health Care Policy Committee, and the New England Employee Benefits Council.  She’s served on the Board of Directors of the Merrimack Valley YWCA, the Haverhill Boys and Girls Club, and the Florence Crittenton Adoption Agency.

Stephanie received an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Merrimack College, North Andover, MA.
