With over 20 years of health care and executive leadership experience, including 17 years leading a 25-person team of healthcare professionals at Blue Cross Blue Shield managing their largest commercial accounts, Jack Myers is a savvy and innovative employee benefits professional who founded LukeJackson Benefit Solutions in 2013. Jack’s in-depth knowledge of health insurance policies, structuring, employment law, pricing and strategy allows him to help employers – from small businesses to global corporations – simplify benefit purchasing choices and make better, more-informed decisions. His services include helping employers develop both short and long-term employee benefit strategies that create value, meet regulatory requirements and control costs.

Jack leads the LukeJackson team which specializes in helping employers develop both short- and long-term employee benefit strategies such as developing cost-effective employee benefit plans to attract prospective job candidates and retain current employees, handling negotiations with insurance carriers to modify existing benefits contracts, and ensuring clients meet regulatory compliance to mitigate risk and guarantee compliance with agencies such as ERISA, HIPAA and the Affordable Care Act. Overall, Jack’s ultimate goal is to provide employers with strategic guidance that simplifies the complexity of regulations and optimizes the return on investment of clients’ employee benefits programs.

Jack was recently named president of the New England Employee Benefits Council (NEEBC) after serving many years as treasurer. He also sits on the board of directors at Communities United, Inc. and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of MA and RI, and is a member of the Blue Hill Business Group. Jack graduated from University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 1987 with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Agricultural and Resource Economics.
